Detects the presence of hazardous gases, providing visible and audible alerts to the rig crew and remote staff
Pason’s Hazardous Gas Alarm System (HGAS) is a detection, alarming, and logging system designed for unmanned deployment on drilling and completion sites. When dangerous gases are detected, including Hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and/or combustible gases, the system immediately sounds an alarm with a flashing strobe light and a memo of when and where the alarm occurred is posted to the well log, which can be viewed by any user on site or remotely via the EDR and Pason Live.
