Mr.
Hill has been the President, principal shareholder,
and Chairman of the Board of Pason since 1986 when he purchased the company
from Badger Drilling Ltd., a drilling contractor
where he had been employed as Secretary-Treasurer
since 1980.
Mr. Hill graduated with a degree in Industrial
Engineering from the University of Toronto in
1973 and became a Chartered Accountant in 1975. Between
1973 and 1980, Mr. Hill worked for the accounting
firm, Ernst & Young, progressing from Staff Accountant
to Audit Manager. Mr. Hill served on the executive
of the Canadian Association of Drilling Engineers
from 1987 to 1993.
Currently Mr. Hill serves on the Board of Directors for the Petroleum Services Association of Canada.
